Worse experience in 25 yrs with them We took there professional experience and went with there advice in not cancelling a car off are policy which I sold to by my daughter a car they said because of the discounts we should just suspended it. Well after purchasing a car for my daughter two months later we get a bill for $428. More then normal. Very rude questioning your reasons for doing things. My daughter has a learner's permit trying to teach her responsibilities and having car insurance is one of them. But this rude lady from this office tells us she can't have insurance because she has a permit. Even after telling her the system asked if she had a permit or license we told it permit it let her purchase insurance policy. It took them 2 months to figure this out and now won't give us our money back and said she wasn't even covered. She was very rude and questio... read more
