Needed some spa parts so I called in a few times. I could never get anyone on the phone, so I went to a spot in Bloomington to get the parts I needed.
Excellent service. I phoned and spoke with Emma. She was very helpful and was able to schedule us a service call right away at our home in Loogootee for our Royal Spa. Adam came out and was able to service the swim spa and took the time to explain everything that he needed to do and then after the repairs, things to look for in the future. He was very accommodating and told us to let him know if we saw there were any problems. Thank you for your prompt service. Shop local.
