My daughter bought a necklace for her boyfriend. It was a graduation gift. It broke less than having it a month. She brought it in due to having a life time guarantee and it has been over a week and still haven't heard anything. When I call to ask about it the lady at Eckerman's is rude! Very disappointed!!
I bought a .5CT engagement ring from Eckerman jewelry and six months later the stone fell out and was lost. I was disappointed, but the store had never given me any guarantee on the setting so I figured I'd buy a new stone and this time get the ring insured. I called the store and talke to Mike Eckerman.
