I am in the market for multiple insurances for myself and my family. I called on 3/27/2020 in the morning and my first question was how many insurance companies do they broker for and the man rudely responded none and hung up. The representative didn't even give time for my follow up questions for my other types of insurance needs. El servicio al cliente es pésimo ellos no quieren tener bussiness por que tu llama nunca contestan y son malísimos para devolver llamadas a sus asuguradores. Imagínate un tiempo de tormenta nunca te van a contestar para ayudarte a resolver una pregunta. Mejor consigan atrás agencia por qué está agencia es mala en servicio al cliente.
