Although these recalls weren't impacting the truck's performance, I wanted to address them in light of a potential future sale. Dealer took 15 weeks to complete a warrenty repair job (engine replacement) that I was told would take 2 weeks, after I had gotten **** Corporate involved. Then I received a bill for $100.00 for the deductable. I called and spoke with ***********************, the owner, and told him I thought that it was unreasonable to charge me the $100 since it took 13 weeks longer to complete the work than promised. ****************** cursed me on the phone and then hung up. Purchased a 2018 F150 last week price quoted and accepted was changed at finance added $500.00 to the Purchased price before the adders of dealers prep,taxes and title. Was not shown the bogus document. They stole $500 dollars from me. Very dishonest people. Have made 2 trips back to resolve this problem. With no luck, would not recommend this group to anyone.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! WENT IN GOT APPROVE FOR 2021 FORD AND DID PAPER WORK ON IT AND WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY AND SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE..
