I just picked up a service vehicle with a friend after several days in the shop. The steps didn't open, something was hanging from under the dash and the delivery guy knew nothing. That's careless service to me and makes me question what else they did.

Was shocked to find out this Ford repair facility would not work on my Ford truck because it was over 10 years old. If you plan to keep your truck more than 10 years, I recommend looking elsewhere.
Excellent service department! Water pump went out on a business road trip late in the evening. Called Eckenrod who luckily had the part in stock. Had the truck towed and dropped. They got us back on our way the next morning.
