We just moved here from Cincinnati and had a sewer issue. Being new to the state, we had to rely on the word of others to find a good plumbing company. We are so grateful that we picked Eckel. It took a little bit to finally diagnose the issue, but the plumbers were beyond professional, honest and very, very reliable. We are so glad to know that they’re still honest hard-working companies out there and we appreciate you.
Initially, I had a good impression of Eckel Plumbing. They seemed like a professional company that stood by their customers. During their first visit, they quickly diagnosed the issue with my water heater and even pointed out a nearby leaky pipe, which I appreciated. While their prices were on the higher end, I decided to move forward because they seemed reliable.
