Devon K. came out to my rental for the washer shocking my tenants when touched. It took Devon some time to find the issue since the house is over 100 years old but he was able to find the issue and fix it. I appreciate the work and time it took Devon and the team that came out to help. Definitely expensive.
My technician Justin was great. He worked alone and was very attentive to his work. I asked him many questions about how a water softener works to ensure it would not negatively affect my outdoor watering system. He explained everything with ease and in a manner that I understood. I hope that ECK Services is properly compensating this young man - he so deserves it.
They were efficient and got the job completed in a timely manner.
