Very polite and worked with us. Got our AC going the same day I called.
Did a good job. Was efficient and even cleaned up the unit while here.
Todd arrived soon after l called. He was very pleasant and efficient. I was sorry it happened on a weekend, as l live on Soc Sec, but that's usually the way it is. I would have Todd again if the need arises.
Rick was knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing.
