I’m so happy with my new furnace. I want to give a special shout out to both the repair team and the installation team that helped me. I’ve never met kinder nor more polite service providers. Eck certainly has found a great group of knowledgeable people to work for them.
He was kind caring, called to let me know when he would arrive. He was very helpful and walked me through all the steps he would need to do.
