Bought a monument for 2 people. Death date needed to be put on later for 2nd person. Called Eck and what I thought was included with the cost of the monument they now want $500.00 to add the death date. Mortuary we used can get it done for $250.00. Do not use these people.
Unfortunately, we haven't had a good experience. We were originally told 1 year, we didn't call once prior to the year being up. It has now been almost a year and a half. IN April I called and was told the granite was in, so it should be done soon. I have emailed Brad Eck several times with no response lately. The office lady is very efficient and kind, but the delay has been unreal. In June we were told they would do the concrete the next week. No concrete. No headstone. Nothing. My mom deserves better. The headstone was beautiful but words were misspelled and they never showed up to fix them. The scene had an error they wouldn’t correct.
