Broken deadline after broken promises on getting stones made and set in the cemeteries they promised.
Bought a monument for 2 people. Death date needed to be put on later for 2nd person. Called Eck and what I thought was included with the cost of the monument they now want $500.00 to add the death date. Mortuary we used can get it done for $250.00. Do not use these people.
