Ms. Joyce knows exactly what she’s doing in that kitchen. You can tell she is passionate and loves to cook. The dishes are well seasoned and she’s not afraid to try new recipes. You have to try her lettuce wrap tacos with pecan meat for us Vegetarians!

Simply delicious food was prepared by ECJ Winstons last weekend for our cookout. Especially loved the crabmeat macaroni and ribs.
My experience with ECJ Winston’s catering was nothing short of amazing. The food was absolutely delicious I couldn’t stop talking about it. The customer service was also amazing. I recommend ECJ Winston’s catering to anyone who loves delicious food. Which I hope is everyone I definitely will be booking for every event!!!!!
ECJ Winston’s is the best! The food is delicious in its own right, but the owner personally works with each client to make sure all the bases are covered and that there are no last minute hiccups. I’ve used a lot of caterers in the past but you will not find anyone offering the personal service you get at ECJ Winston’s. I highly recommend the seafood mac n cheese as well as the yams/sweet potatoes. They are out of this world! Can’t wait to have some more soon!
