I just returned an ecig that burned my lip and they only gave me 75% of my money back (25%) "restocking" fee. I would have bought a replacement if this had not been their policy. The unfair return policy isn't listed anywhere except in tiny print on your receipt after you make your purchase. Next time I'm going to go somewhere that stands behind their product and is invested in their clients satisfaction.
Besides having a great selection the staff will go out if there way to help you. :-)
Great staff, extremely knowledgable! Best thing is the shop is fairly close to me which rocks, cause the shop I normally went to is in uptown and that's a long bus ride from Burnsville!
