One of the most judgmental shops around..... Find some where else to vape...... not a reflection on the staff just the owner
Don't count on their "warranty" spent $100 on a new battery it stopped working a week later and they said the scratches on the paint cause by change in my pocket voided the warranty
Everyone is great there Every time i go in i get all the help i need The newest toy i picked up is the Tobeco dark horse and love it
The employees that work here are very polite and professional. They know what they are selling and are very helpful. they make their own juice in store but also sell other brands and don't push their product over the other brands. Highly recommend this shop.
This is the only place I go for any of my vaping equipment and supplies. The staff are all friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Following their advice I quit smoking in less than two weeks, putting an end to a 28 year habit. This is a one stop shop for all your vaping needs! To Mike, Holly, Scott, and the rest of the folks at Ecig and Supply, I'll see you again this weekend to pick up that gold V3tronix Flip.
We have been there a few times people are friendly and very helpfull and will to mix different flavors for you we wil for sure continue going there
Phanimal customer service, with convince at ease for their long hours so I can come almost anytime I please. They help out more then any ecig store I have ever been too in the twin cities, come here you will never go back to your old store.
