Have been thinking of putting a Generac in for a few years as we’re always losing power out here in the wilds of Chepachet. We finally decided to do it but the company we were looking at had quite a few poor reviews. I started looking at many companies in the area that installed Generac. ECI installed a house standby generator for my home. From the onset Peter was professional, knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. The day of installation the team was on time as stated and was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Lastly, Peter came back to start the system and reviewed the operating instructions as well. If I could give more than 5-Stars I would, however I am unable to do so. I truly recommend this company as they made the process streamlined and effortless on me as a home owner.
