Highly recommended! We had ECI install our whole house standby generator on the recommendation of friends and we couldn't be happier. The entire process was smooth, well planned, and professionally executed. Peter, Tiffany, and their whole team took great care of us and we are happy for the peace of mind of having the generator.
I am so happy I called ECI for a generator quote. It is a great family business that cares about their customers' needs. I liked that they give a 10 year warranty instead of a 5 year. Their yearly service fee is more than other companies but it includes more. Peter said they don't believe in "nickel and diming" people if something goes wrong, which I appreciate.
