The staff never answer the phone or respond to emails—neither at the property nor the corporate office. I had a serious mold and moisture issue and could not get anyone to return my calls, which is unacceptable. I’ve since moved out and want to update my review. When we first moved in—with a newborn baby—the unit was covered in mold. We had no choice but to move in because all of our belongings were already on a moving truck. Lina has been so helpful in my moving journey. Her customer service is a five star. 1st time I ever felt right at home! I moved to the Averly Collins hill because Lina’s customer service.

Whomever I spoke with today regarding the admin fee refund I have not received had an attitude. I was never rude on the phone with her. She said can I finish speaking meanwhile she was not talking at the moment I made the statement I made. I see why they have bad reviews. Update- I was told on the phone that the check for my admin fee was sent to an address in Washington state that I have not lived at in over two years.
