The people never answer the phone or emails (on the property or at the corp. office). I have a serious mold and moisture issue and can't get anyone to return my calls.

This is for Columns on Main a ECI property GREEN SWIMMING POOL • RAMPANT DRUG USE • INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT If you value peace, cleanliness, and basic professionalism—do not move here. This is, without a doubt, the worst apartment complex in Spring Hill. In 2021, the property showed promise: friendly staff, a clean gym, and a pristine saltwater pool. Within months, it nosedived.
