If I could give zero stars, I would. I reached out to corporate because my apartment’s ongoing leak was never properly fixed. I explained to Jorge, the regional manager, how this issue has made daily life extremely difficult not just for me, but for my disabled son, who needs stability and safety. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the leasing staff is always friendly and helpful. The properties are well-kept and offer great amenities.
