We had an incredible experience working with Custom Homes, Additions & Remodels by ECI Construction NC to build our farmhouse, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. ECI Custom Homes completed my new build in Wake Forest within the contracted time in 2024. Communication with Kevin the project manager was excellent as we were still residing out of state. Workmanship was very good to excellent and the few issues noted were addressed quickly and professionally. Kevin provided valuable input and suggestions. The one-year touch-ups were performed on time to our satisfaction.
I have been following my brothers build with this firm for the past couple of years. I have built two homes and have friends that are in the construction industry. So I asked a lot of questions As my brother was going through this process. I wish I had lived closer and I could’ve helped him to avoid working with this disaster. There were many warning signs.
