I understand that this is a state program, however if ECI is getting money off of these kids they need to provide the appropriate services. The communication between patients and therapists is horrible. They expect you to do their physical therapy job while they watch from video chat. It’s just horrible all around. They only show up when it’s time for their review, when you only get two services out the month. And something need to be done. People do not just want these services for fun, these kids have been referred to ECI ... read more
This place is very unprofessional people and disrespectful and dishonest people first of all my son’s speech therapist quit without handing his case to other therapist when i called them i told so see why she didn’t show up on his prior booked appointment off course she didn’t answer my msg or even told me she quited And then i called the office the clueless day dreamer receptionist ( i think they are paying her to be rude and unhelpful to the patient’s family) told me after long hold i hv to wait for few weeks for new thera... read more
