Sent my daughters car in to have chips fixed. One is fine and sealed, the second one has started to cracked. For personal reasons she had to up and move interstate quite quickly. When she called and asked for something to be done such as a refund so she could get it sorted in her home state or what she her other options were, they said they wouldn't help and to call O'Brien's.
