Absolutely appalled at how this dealership have treated us. Came out to look at our car, offered a purchase price which we accepted, and arranged collection from Luke, and then his boss Michael sends us a text message to say they won’t be proceeded because he’s bought a large batch of cars in. That’s an appalling way to a) communicate between teams in your own workplace, and b) to let a buyer down by text when a price has been agreed and collection arranged, and then not to pick up the calls. He even picked me up from the station when I took the train up from Melbourne to collect my new vehicle. Very impressed with how efficiently everything was handled.
