Don’t recommend coming here at all! We come after a long trip from Brisbane thinking that coming to river gum was a great idea of a holiday. Should’ve honestly thought twice. We were greeted by a staff member, then got our key. THE ROOMS WERE DISGUSTING. Carpet had stains and wasn’t cleaned properly, there was an awful smell as soon as we walked in and it wasn’t a good experience at all. We can’t even last a night here. If you want to stay in river gum please rethink before you are stuck here
Was only they for less then a week and I not bad but its not good the shower in the room was broken so shit as water temp the WiFi was not good it drop in and out ever 2 seconds and the pool was closed it was over 36" the only good thing was the bed I definitely dont recommend staying they but 380 a week is a joke
NO TOWELS Or BATHMAT PROVIDED IN ROOM. No info in room on who to contact for issues. Room is dated but clean. Spare blankets appeared used. No one available to checkin, all done by phone. Only noticed a handwritten note taped to office door to contact a room number for issues when we were checking out in the morning. Office not open for checkout despite sign indicating otherwise. Will not stay here again.
