Our Moama build was recently completed with Simonds. Our building supervisor was Heath. Everything went smoothly. Heath has a good eye for detail and looked after us through the building process. We felt we confident that it would be completed to a high standard, which it was.
We cannot recommend more highly of the customer service we received during our build with Simonds Homes. We started our process with wondering through the display homes in Shepparton, we loved the Dakota plan and the pricing was good value, the home was beautifully presented. After making a couple of changes to the plan our next step was to go down to Melbourne to the gallery, shortly after signing the building contract and the plans were submitted to council for approval.
