Horrible experience at the ED waiting room, waited almost 3hours not to get scene, even though there was mostly no one else except me waiting,

every time ive been here ive gotten little to no care whatsoever. i go in due to excruciating pain due to being sick, i cant drink, eat, sleep and i get told “we cant do anything for you, youre not dying. just take panadol” i spent 50 minutes just trying to get the doctors to actually understand why im here because they kept disregarding everything and didnt pay any attention. the waiting time to even see a doctor is horrible. ive waited anywhere between 3-12 hours to get seen always just to be told to take Panadol which doe... read more

I has the misfortune to need an ambulance in Rochester recently.The 2 ambulance officers were wonderful. I was taken to ERH Emergency dept. I cannot fault their caring and professional help to make me feel like I mattered and sorted out my issues. SSU was great too. Felt so cared for. Thankyou.
