I has the misfortune to need an ambulance in Rochester recently.The 2 ambulance officers were wonderful. I was taken to ERH Emergency dept. I cannot fault their caring and professional help to make me feel like I mattered and sorted out my issues. SSU was great too. Felt so cared for. Thankyou.
A fantastic service. Unfortunately we have had to go to the emergency dept on several occasions with my husband who has Cancer. we attended again yesterday. From the moment we entered the door, the triage nurses were lovely. The attention to detail from the doctor( Nick) was outstanding, he was, professional, caring, informative and helpful. Last night my daughter was really sick having trouble breathing. All the staff were amazing. Very caring. One nurse went above and beyond and provided my daughter with a gift from the Easter bunny. My daughter was worried the Easter bunny wouldn’t find her. I just want to thank the wonderful, helpful staff for making a stressful situation more comfortable. I really am grateful. Happy Easter
