I visited Echuca Paddlesteamers in May 2026 while spending a few days exploring Echuca, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. If you’re visiting the area, I honestly think taking a paddle steamer cruise is one of those experiences you simply have to do. The paddlesteamer port is located right in the heart of Echuca’s historic port precinct and is very easy to find. I did the one hour cruise on PS Pevensey. What an incredibly relaxing way to explore the river. Just the very quiet motor pushing you along. The sense of history is really strong. Crew very professional. Strong recommend.
Great thing to do with or without kids.
