PS Pevensey — Afternoon, With Steam and Steps I did not so much go for a ride on the PS Pevensey as find myself temporarily arranged upon it, which felt different somehow and therefore worth acknowledging. Echuca paddle steamers was a great experience. The commentator was fantastic and entertaining. Beautiful scenery down the river. The dogs were welcome too.

Relatively enjoyable experience. Disappointed that they still use large quantities of redgum as fuel, rather than considering ecological adjustments to their practice and how the steamers function. The information provided on the tour seems very one sided, rather than a balanced historical account and limited detail of impact on river or how the community care for the river. Also limited information on traditional custodians. It was pretty wishy washy. Staff were lovely and facilities were good.
