This place needs a major upgrade for sure and it’s run down. The room we got was a family room the door latch was not good it was half loose didn’t feel safe, bathroom could of been upgraded for sure the shower pressure wasn’t great at all could of been a bit more spacious, tv was to small for the room if it was a family room had a adult intellectual disability who loves watching Tv and was complaining the tv was not so good, could of rearranged the room a little bit better, beds were to hard to sleep on, curtains weren’t cl... read more

Room was DISGUSTING. Stains on the bed sheets, blood on the door and curtains. We were offered another room where there was mold dripping down from the walls.

Room had a bad smell, whole place is very unkept, chairs in room are stained, bed is hard and springs are digging into my ribs, only sink to fill kettle is bathroom sink and the kettle doesn't fit under the tap, took half hour to wash the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair, due to no water pressure, shower is just a dribble, pull area has dirty pool, broken tiles around pool edge, grass and gardens around pool very over grown.Room had a bad smell, whole place is very unkept, chairs in room are stained, bed is hard and sp... read more
