Absolute worst practice I've ever experienced! No compassion when a family is losing a family pet, what so ever! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! Not the first time here either. Your receptionist needs to learn a thing or 2 about customer service also. Absolutely disgusting attitude. God forbid you lose a loved one.
Absolutely disgusting practice. Cat of 15 years was passing away, tried to take him there and they refused to take him, (note he had been there before) receptionist was extremely rude about it. Upon taking him to Rochester vet he passed away. Avoid this place at all costs
No one likes to make the after hours call to a vet after midnight, especially on a public holiday. Dr. Mark was so professional and understanding. He kept my very nervous GSP super calm and relaxed and listened to my concerns while at the same time asking very relevant questions and giving helpful advice. He recommended that I only take a test for her instead of other options which saved time and cost Very reasonable cost considering time, tests and the fact it was Sunday at 1am on a public holiday.
