I am totally discusted with this vet. I have been taking my two frenchies there for 5 years and 3 years. To do a emergency call out and take our baby girl in there twice in 6 hours and you say there is nothing wrong, to me trusting my gut and racing her down to melbourne to loosing my dog within 48 hours you are appalling. We had to say goodbye to our beautiful best friend, Spencer, and the team at Echuca vet made an incredibly difficult moment a little more bearable. They were compassionate, respectful, and gave us all the time and space we needed to grieve and say our goodbyes. We are so grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care during such a heartbreaking time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Absolute worst practice I've ever experienced! No compassion when a family is losing a family pet, what so ever! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! Not the first time here either. Your receptionist needs to learn a thing or 2 about customer service also. Absolutely disgusting attitude. God forbid you lose a loved one.
Absolutely disgusting practice. Cat of 15 years was passing away, tried to take him there and they refused to take him, (note he had been there before) receptionist was extremely rude about it. Upon taking him to Rochester vet he passed away. Avoid this place at all costs
