Best service - drives up from Bendigo they looked at the van and from the start of the journey to end the contacted me every time if they found something else wrong. They were so up front about the cost of the repairs. The best customer service. Will be always using these guys they make it worth the drive from Bendigo. Highly recommend
What amazing fantastic people Ron ,Josh and the team are .. A little bit of background. My family and I were heading off on our holiday to Echuca around 2 hour drive , got half an hour out of our destination had a toilet stop and we noticed we were missing our caravan door yes that’s right it blew off in the wind as we were driving and didn’t even know it happened … called Echuca Moama caravan repairs place they had a spare secondhand door out the back (I was the luckiest girl on earth) we pulled in and they helped us fixed ... read more
Just popped to to see if they had a shower hatch lid. Not only were they friendly, they offered to look at it and install it if it was the correct fit, on the spot. Unfortunately it wasnt the right one, but told us to call the camping place on high street. No luck there either. Wanted to pay for their 30mins of time, wouldnt take anything. If old fashioned service from all companies was like this, the world would be a better place. Made our day, would highly recommend for any caravan owners passing through. Thanks! :)
Deadset legends. Damage an awning bracket and called them as we were about to pass through Echuca. They had no dramas fitting us in for a quick repair. Long weekend saved! Thank you
In Eucha I had an issue with my Motorhome awning. The guys were so understanding of my predicament and fixed it same day with a perfect left field solution. Thanks guys and and thanks also for a quick thinking perfect solution. Highly recommend.
