Best plan is to say, sorry we don't fix Truma heaters, l know you may have been trying to help BUT after the first day and over $300 you got us back 4 days later and had someone else work on it, still really had no idea what he was doing, so $650 later and still with no heating we headed off on our very cold holiday, now home, the heater has been fixed, just so you know, it was a loose wire on the temperature sensor, it also needed a software update to clear all the error codes, SO you would never have been able to fix It, y... read more

After trying to get the Fridge thermostat temp control switch replaced in Bendigo where no one seemed interested, perhaps to big a job, I contacted Echuca Moama Caravans, they couldn't have been more helpful, perhaps they didn't know what a job they were in for, the Fridge had to be removed to make the thermostat accessible, they did the job and the fridge has been perfect since, thanks to all involved, so if need something done go to these guys first, you won't be dissappointed.
Ron and his team were very professional and prompt with our repairs. We called to book in and were provided great service. Would definitely recommend.
