Just popped to to see if they had a shower hatch lid. Not only were they friendly, they offered to look at it and install it if it was the correct fit, on the spot. Unfortunately it wasnt the right one, but told us to call the camping place on high street. No luck there either. Wanted to pay for their 30mins of time, wouldnt take anything. If old fashioned service from all companies was like this, the world would be a better place. Made our day, would highly recommend for any caravan owners passing through. Thanks! :)
Deadset legends. Damage an awning bracket and called them as we were about to pass through Echuca. They had no dramas fitting us in for a quick repair. Long weekend saved! Thank you
In Eucha I had an issue with my Motorhome awning. The guys were so understanding of my predicament and fixed it same day with a perfect left field solution. Thanks guys and and thanks also for a quick thinking perfect solution. Highly recommend.
I had a problem with my Swan heater. They helped me diagnose the issue, told me how to solve the problem and were able to supply al the parts I needed. Also a very friendly experience.
On a trip to Mundi and had a hot water issue Rang though spoke to Rowan exceptional service we dropped in 30 minutes later tech ready for us Problem solved straight away Yes the know their stuff Cannot recommend highly enough Thanks guys
