Walking in to the showroom on the coldest day so far this year to be greeted with warmth, not only from the heater but by the lovely lady from the service department was really nice, we chatted to her while the sales person was busy with another client. Once Jack was free he took us through the three different styles of MUX giving us the details of features and benefits to each. We already have a DMAX and can't fault the isuzu brand at all. We were traveling through Echuca and we're having a problem with our mux rear door. After calling the service department and receiving a very helpful gentleman to whom I described my problem I was invited to bring the car in straight away for them to look at. When calling in he took the car into the workshop, and his technician fixed the problem. Thank you Isuzu Echuca. I thoroughly recommend this company to everyone and in particular the service department.
