We had a lovely stay here. It was a key safe on arrival so did not meet any staff though a prompt message was received when we couldn’t work out the heater. Our rooms were very comfortable and ultra clean. We traveled with friends and our rooms had their own en-suites. The beds were very comfy. It was newly painted with new curtains. It was newly outfitted with everything we believe. Only one problem it was a bit cold but to be fair it was freezing in Echuca! I’d stay there again. There’s such a lot to do
