I just had an experience with a subsidiary of echostar called Boost Mobile. Basically service has been interrupted in my area for 2 months I let them know that service was poor and they said they were going to refund me $22. This month they billed me $22 instead of giving me that as a credit. I called to cancel my service and they straight up lied. They are Liars and cheats and that's all that I need to say liars and cheats. Do not use this company I repeat do not use this company
Worst customer service, EVER.
When I signed up for my dish , 3 month free I do not remember it stating anywhere that I had to pay for the first month. I got a bill 237.00. . I called the customer service phone number and spoke with an associate and supervisor.The associate talked down to me and said that i probably did not key the promo code of getting my 3 months free. I honestly could not remember whether I did. The supervisor I spoke to said she was going to file a claim and within 48 hours it would fix itself going to 0.00.. this exact email i sent h... read more
