This company operates Boost Mobile telephone service and uses unscrupulous business practices. In Nov of 2021, they came out with an unlimited plus plan which cost the same as their original unlimited play, yet offered 5 gb of additional data at the same price. They never notified their customers, nor did they automatically convert their existing unlimited customers to the new plan that offered the additional 5 gb of data for the same cost. Any corporation that runs away from it's customers--in other words make it difficult to find contact information, does not deserve their customers, does not deserve to be in business. SHAME ON YOU! You should be interested in hearing from your customers-especially if they have take the time to reach out to you to complain. Right now, I HATE that I am doing business with you and giving you even 1 red cent of my hard earned money!
