I have had Dish for over a year know then they pulledover Half of the local channels in the Phoenix AZ area, then when there boxes act up the will send one out in a week and figure that ok and tell you to get a a over the air attenia to watch local or go to look for a another provider to get your local channels , I did local cable company and got a better deal with the missing channels Boxes are in a box setting on a shelf since they don't want to work on fixing both issues
Avoid at all costs!
I just had an experience with a subsidiary of echostar called Boost Mobile. Basically service has been interrupted in my area for 2 months I let them know that service was poor and they said they were going to refund me $22. This month they billed me $22 instead of giving me that as a credit. I called to cancel my service and they straight up lied. They are Liars and cheats and that's all that I need to say liars and cheats. Do not use this company I repeat do not use this company
Worst customer service, EVER.
