Waste of time and questionable tactics. They give you a quote for your vehicle then call stating they may be able to offer more if you come in, to only nitpick every little thing (regardless of being already disclosed) in order to offer you substantially less.

Bought 2 cars from them. On a recently purchased one and having issues with messed up paperwork, add ons slipped in, and trying to inquire about warranty work. They used to be great. This time around not so much. If you’re a buyer they are always there to answer questions… Once you buy, good luck being able to contact them. I will be using other means in the near future going forward if there isn’t a successful attempt.

I had a fantastic experience at the EchoPark Charlotte location. After purchasing my vehicle from the Cary location, I discovered a leak in the sunroof. The Charlotte team was initially just going to diagnose the issue, but they went above and beyond by fixing it at no charge. Big thanks to Jerrick and Terrance for their hard work!!
