Rude customer service. If you are a female don't even bother dealing with them; from the front desk lady to the salesperson Jarod and Esperancia. They are just a bunch of useful cluster of hemorrhoids (piles). First of all the lady at the desk just hangs up during the conversation and doesn't return my call, after she ask for my number in case of disconnection. Jarod (I think that's his name or Jerry) refused to provide a breakdown of the cost of the vehicle, because that is something he couldn't do. Which I know is not true... read more
