After a few miscommunications and issues with post sale service experience, the dealership reached out to me. Shane whom I was speaking to was willing to work on my concerns and addressed my missing charger for my EV after purchase. So far I am pleased to see their earnest to earn back my trust and satisfaction. Until things are processed in full smoothly, is when I can leave a final determination about my experience.
