Bought used Tesla from EchoPark Houston Feb 9, 2026. Salesperson said FSD was ‘available’ and ‘existed,’ told me to bind phone then contact Tesla to activate. Bought based on that. Tesla confirms no FSD on this VIN. Asked for compensation (~$8k–$12k), they refused with ‘not giving $8k lol’ and stopped replying. Misrepresentation – very disappointed. Check everything with Tesla yourself before buying here.

Asia was absolutely amazing, I am very picky and she was extremely patient with me while choosing my ride. Asia was also very helpful with offering different style types that fit my budget, overall she is very knowledgeable, helpful and if I’m looking to buy a second vehicle I would definitely work with Asia.
