Boring place to work, you’re doing the same thing all day for 8 hours standing in one spot, hot warehouse with no a/c, they have fans but they’re little and barley doing anything. The people there are a bunch cigarette smoking weirdos, I got fired from there reasoning was I wasn’t a fit, but there’s this old white women who I’m working better than is still there. They're still using five different staffing agencies, and even though they have the nicest-looking warehouse in New Holland, it feels just as unorganized as it did six years ago. To make things worse, the boss today was incredibly rude, showing zero concern when a coworker cut their finger I saw him waiting 10 minutes later —she literally couldn't care less. It’s a mess in the packing side. 6 years back was a better place to work. Sincerely don’t work here.
