Wife and I moved into a house with a RadioRA2 Lutron system that was still tied to the previous account owner and would lock out anyone else from logging into the unit, preventing us from using the app and some of our house lights properly. Lutron customer support assured us it was an easy fix but would need to be reset by a local contractor in order to keep our wireless switches connected. Although I never write service reviews, this was one of the worst experiences I can remember. I contacted Echo Workshop to replace one (1) Lutron switch, which resulted in a total cost of approximately $650. Echo sent an initial technician that stated no power was going to the one switch and recommended their electrician. An electrician came out and stated power was active, but just required a replaced switch.
