We were travelling on Christmas Eve to visit relatives and our GMC Acadia lost engine power due to the cold. We had this happen once before, so we knew some brief professional/technical help was required. We were able to get the Acadia to limp into Fort Qu'Appelle. We caught Jason and a couple of the maintenance technicians about to leave for the holidays. They stayed the extra 20 minutes to help get us going on the road again at highway speeds. Everything's been said that I was going to say.
My salesman, Justin, was great to deal with. He didn't message me constantly, he was patient and followed my lead. I was fortunate enough to be able to get the bulk of the paperwork out of the way before I made the drive to the Fort to get it, which was super nice because the last thing I wanted to do was spend hours in the dealership.
