"Showroom" by appointment only. Their website/online presence does nothing to inform you of this before driving 20 minutes to the middle of nowhere. Photos attached to the business are from their old brick/mortar location which no longer exists. People on the phone are pleasant enough, but basically the only thing they can do is transfer you to someone's voicemail.
Denizen installed our Savant and Lutron System under a very challenging situation. They were very diligent and consistent in their approach solving each and every one of our issues as they arose over the installation process. There support team is very reliable any hour of the day, morning, noon or middle of the night would respond to any request. This is a very hard review to give... for a top of the line system. Our biggest struggle has been the instalation. We are now starting our 3 year since we had our full house system installed. Yet, we still have not been able to finalize the installation. We have lights not working, light on the system not connect to the system. Lighting that is failing.
