I needed a new salon now that I’ve moved to Grand Rapids, so I gave Echo a try based on all of the other positive reviews. It exceeded my expectations! My stylist, Vivianne, was so sweet and fun to talk to, and she gave me great advice for the cut I was going for. The whole vibe in the salon is super comfortable and inviting, and I will definitely be going back!
I’ve been seeing Bethany for a few years now and she is the best! She does layers & bangs like nobody else. Highly recommend!
I have been going here for 4 years ago in a moment of desperation/hair disaster from another salon. Alex is amazing. She knows her stuff, and she is just a super sweet person. The prices, while not inexpensive, are more reasonable than many other places around. I miss their Lowell location but the Creston Salon is a great spot. I highly recommend Echo!
