I have been going here for 4 years ago in a moment of desperation/hair disaster from another salon. Alex is amazing. She knows her stuff, and she is just a super sweet person. The prices, while not inexpensive, are more reasonable than many other places around. I miss their Lowell location but the Creston Salon is a great spot. I highly recommend Echo!

I’ve been an “Echo Babe” for years now and would never change that 🤍 I followed my stylist Kayla H. to the new Creston location and you would too if she was your stylist! Kayla is a hair goddess! I came to Echo (Creston) to get my highlights fixed and adjust the cut because I didn't love what a previous stylist had done. I had Eliza and she literally ROCKED it. I cannot say enough how she absolutely nailed exactly what I wanted and even now, weeks later, I still absolutely love the cut and color she did for me. She was so sweet and truly listened to me, and I this is the most pleased I have been with a cut and color in years. 10/10 definitely recommend and I will be returning here!!
