Julie is still here, but has sold her business, Jultara Salon to Melissa Looman, and now we are Echo Salon Lowell! We are excited to refresh this beautiful space and grow our stylists to better serve the community of Lowell with current lived-in color and haircuts and luxury hair extensions. This community is thriving and growing and we hope to add only good vibes to this city!

I started going here 2-3 years ago in a moment of desperation/hair disaster from another salon. Alex is amazing. She knows her stuff, and she is just a super sweet person. The prices, while not inexpensive, are more reasonable than many other places around. It is a good price for great service. I highly recommend Echo!
I've always had bad experiences at hair salons. Whether it's getting an uneven cut or then taking off way more than I wanted. Alex did an amazing job on my hair and Kesley did great with my daughter's hair! I love the pony tail check that Alex did! And the fact that we were told we'd have a week to have anything touched up free of charge... Amazing!!! We will definitely continue to go here!
I have always had a positive experience at echo salon! It’s clean and the staff is super friendly. I get my hair done by Alex B and she does a wonderful job bringing my hair visions to life. I would recommend this salon to anyone! My mom just started going here too and loves it. :)

So happy to have found Alex. I had a prior hairstylist for over 20 years and was sad when she moved far away. I went to several other local hairstylist and none understood my age & long hair issues. Alex might be young but her knowledge & personality say otherwise! My hair is growing and filling in again I’m very appreciative on the flexibility Alex allows to accommodate me. The other hairstylist Kelsey is extremely friendly too.
