One session with Grant and I was blown away by the results. I was immediately put into a calmer and more relaxed state, reminiscent of certain meditative states. Grant was supportive and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend the Neurofeedback therapy (LENS) that Echo Rock provides to anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc. I will definitely be back for more sessions.
I am very curious to try this method out and want to know when the next retreat will take place.
I cannot speak highly enough of Grant Rudolph and LENS therapy. I cannot believe that I had never heard of LENS before I started seeing him. After about five neurotherapy sessions in two months, my stiff neck, teeth clenching and grinding, and monthly migraines are gone. I am no longer kept awake in the middle of the night waking up with racing thoughts and a turning stomach.
