Dr. Mack and Dr Barker are amazing !the whole team there are so kind and loving to the pets. Thank you for caring for our fur babies.
Made an appointment, got there 15 minutes early, they weighed our dog, put us in a room , after 1 hour we walked out.. Room was dirty, and not one time did any one come and tell us that the Vet. was running behind.. That's the 3rd time that has happened to us.
While picking huckleberries with my daughter and 4 grandkids who live in Colville, my German Shepherd got hit by a 4 wheeler. This happened on a Sunday and I am thanking God every night that it was Echo Ridge that was on call that weekend and in particular, Dr. MacKinnen! She was prompt in returning my call and met me at her hospital within 30 minutes.
