Pool and hot tub were broken almost our entire lease. Mold in the apartments and we are being charged two extra days of rent because we “didn’t return our keys” even though the office was closed and we left the keys on the kitchen counter.
Aparment units are okay , definitely show landlord special in some areas of the units. Specs of dry paint on the floors and Layers of paint on most light switches. During colder months the units do not retain their heat well due to them being older. Maintenence team has two wonderful employees that will always try and help , however the team as a whole a short staffed. All in all the complex is an okay unit for first time renters looking for a place to stay while they are still searching for a long term place to rent.
I've lived here for about 2-2 1/2 years now and I love it. It's a relatively quiet and relaxed place and every time we've submitted a maintenance request, it's been dealt with in about 24 to 48 hours. The grounds are well kept, the maintenance team does a great job removing the snow and applying deicer, and the front office is always friendly and ready to help answer any questions we may have about a work order or give us an update on a community item if its down. I definitely plan on staying around for another lease or two.
I've been here for going on 2 leases now. I haven't had any issues with Echo Ridge. The pool and hot tub was down for a bit but when I first moved in it was working just fine. Now its up and running. Maintenance has always been pretty quick to fix any issues I've had (garbage disposal, window seals leaking, light bulbs going out, air filters).
