This is a complaint in regard to how our water leakage issue has been poorly handled. As of August 2024, we had a water leakage that streaked across our unit’s ceiling and damaged our lighting. According to the occupants above, Adam was hired for what I believe was water piping issues. We were directed to contact Adam to have this issue resolved. Adam helped design and install a new look for our deck, which was a total breeze the entire time. We have had problems with previous contractors, but working with Adam was a breath of fresh air. He totally "got" what we were looking for and took care of the hard part, for us. We're looking forward to hiring him again for the next job!
