Could be cleaner. Some people’s houses are junkie outside.
Probably the cheapest lots in the Shoals, "wonderful property owners." For the majority of the time the park is also quite and really peaceful. I've only had an issue with one person here and I believe the property owners are resolving the issue.
Have friends that live there. Neighbors are on the rough side. Residents don't take care of their homes or lots.
