We always have a good visit. Karen is a very nice person who is always willing to help us. My left ear gad ear wax in it and also some dry dead skin that was together I can hear better now with my aides.
Always feel comfortable when at Echo. Staff are so friendly and nice. Easy to get an appointment online. Been coming here for over 10 years.
