I needed a quick repair for my husband’s hearing aid and was given an appt within the hour. Joann at the desk was cordial and helpful re locating the office, even offered and made coffee. Kristen Chamberlain Au.D. was professional and efficient. She provided clear information, solved the problem, and accepted very reasonable reimbursement. I am truly grateful for their kindness and expertise.
I met with Dr. Chamberlain yesterday and what a wonderful surprise. She is the ultimate audiologist! She took time to explain how my aids work and also to discuss how some of my health problems relate to hearing. Then to top it off, she called today to make sure that everything is working well. Kudos, kudos, kudos to her!!!!
Great appointment yesterday April 2 nd.All thé Year i have been coming here i have never had such a great explaination of m'y hearing aidés and m'y problems. Thank you Dr.Neville
