I didnt think I'd owe anything as Karyn had told me last year to come in at the end of this year. I was surprised to find out I owed $65. Then I asked that my hesring aids be paired with my cell phone. I get home and I can't hear my phone in the cell phone. I called ECHO back and they gave me technical support's pone number..
