When I first visited for a hearing test, Dr. Vavrovicova immediately recognized the urgency of my condition and gave me clear, decisive advice to go to the emergency department right away, including what kind of treatment would be needed. Dr. Katarina was incredibly professional and thorough — she took the time to go through my audiology test results in detail, explained the reasons behind my hearing issues, and provided a referral to an ENT specialist.
