I had an issue with final leg of my firepit delivery (3rd party), and Rob took ownership of the problem and followed through all the way to final delivery.
I recently booked a load with Theo Sharp last week. The process was beyond flawless. Amazing customer service. Theo checked in with me through out the process, and kept me updated throughout the freight's transit. I have never had a freight broker provide such thorough customer service!!! Highly recommend!
