We used **** for a shipment over a year ago and it was a terrible experience. The product was rejected at the destination due to so much damage. It was returned to us in ********** conditions. Boxes were damaged, product was MISSING, even a ****** was missing and the boxes were unloaded by hand. We took MORE **** ENOUGH photos and sent in a claim, we BEGGED someone to come out physically and look at the mess that was made. Our claim was denied twice due to "lack of proof of damaged product". This company has gone down hill in the last two years. Recently I had them get a load for me and now no one knows where my load is. They still charged me but now I'm out my shipment cost and the cost the load. Don't use this company Find another

Stole 850 dollars from my company after service was completed not a naturally honest company if they can steal money from you they will and they are very unorganized cost me more than 850 in time had to fix their mistakes then they said we won't pay dont do business with this company not a creditable company...

There should be a ZERO star option for Echo. We filed a concealed damage claim within 24 hours for $760 on December 31, 2019. The person that initially filed the claim stopped working here so we didn't follow up nor did we hear from Echo for 4 months. It took another 3 email prompts to get a response and finally a payment of $370 on June 2, 2020. We are now told that the carrier would only pay that and there is a $250 deductible for the insurance we put on the shipment. We weren't aware of a deductible for insurance we put o... read more

wow this company is a scam, they take orders and dont deliver on time, they took an order and promised to deliver to my clients on time and the delivered 3 weeks late, coming up with excuses and when we ask to see valid proof they cant show, i called the owner to say hello and to discuss this matter and I talked professional and he started cursing me out using F words, I was so ashamed of a man to talk like a 12 year old child after I only spoke with respect. all I needed was a few answers and he started acting reckless. If I could give a zero ranking, I would. This carrier takes no responsibility in the items shipped. There is absolutely no communication. They will tell you anything you want to hear to earn your business and then when they have your items. They could care less about your customer service experience. When they promised to deliver by a certain date they are 0 for 7. Then the excuses come in. Echo has hauled over 70 shipments for this client since 2013 so I am very sorry to hear the recent seven failed to meet their expectations. In terms of the recent claim, Echo managed a shipment of 4 products to a trade show for our client. The freight was successfully delivered to the trade show with the receiver signing that the freight was received in good order. Used this 3rd party Freight Management to ship our products. Shipment was returned damaged and they were to submit a claim on our behalf to the Motor Carrier. We never heard anything back about this claim for a year and a half. After multiple emails and voice mails were never returned. If we did get to talk to a live person they kept passing it on saying they can not help us because it was filed by another person. Not a great logistics company to work with. If there ever is a problem they do not go to bat for you. They offered us a $40 credit. We went around and around and even the trucking company and Echo admitted that the driver was late but there was nothing they could do about the charge. When we chose to take the credit they said "What happened to not doing business with Echo again? Charge stands. $100.00". I was considering continuing using their services after the dust settled. I used this company approx 15 times for my shipments and javier ******** was told to ship my engine close to my customer, find out later that it was 2 hours away from my customer so this rookie makes me pay to ship it for the 2nd time, they used saia a terrible company who does not give any money back for damaged motors, these people hired them and they turned the motor upside down breaking all the parts on the top then cracking the block, I am told sorry about my luck I lose 240 bucks on my shipping plus 500 on my engine th... read more
